*Disclaimer: YES, i do know that there are many music threads*

I want to know what type of metal/rock bands you guys listen to when you're working out or when you're lifting or whatever it is that you need some serious shit to get you amped through the headphones.

I need some new heavier-ish bands so here is what I listen to when I'm lifting. If you guys have some stuff that really gets you going, help the potamus out. +k for legit posts. Also, yes this has been done before, but this is more current than the old threads, and it's only 11:30 a.m. here, so don't ram a searchbar down my throat please.

Try some of the bands you already have...but there older stuff.

Escape the Fates' older album with their older singer is much better than the new one, but if you do really like craig(the new vocalist) try digging up his older bands like BlessTheFall and The Word Alive.

Same goes for Haste The Day, can't remember what album you posted up but try some of their older stuff. When everything Falls is a good album with their old singer(Jimmy i think).

Protest the Hero, as posted above is good too.

Saosin's new album comes out on September 8th.. although i do have a low quality leak of it if you want it...i haven't listened to it completely yet.

When i think of more i'll let you know.
