New Mexico living?

Anybody lived there or living there, specifically the Santa Fe area?

I've spent plenty of time visiting and playing tourist, but maybe someone has perspectives on living there, the good, bad, and ugly, skiing, etc. . .

The lack of water is a bit of a concern, it's awfully parched.

Taos is sick, what about places like Sandia / Ski Santa Fe / Pajarito / Angel Fire?

angle fire sucks my nut. they all do with the exception of taos, although there park needs major work.

ive never lived in santa fe but ive spent a lot of time there. its alright. i would way rather live in ABQ though.

your only a few hours from some killer mountains in colorado!

taos is the shit i love it here. best pow in the us and not a very good park at all but the skiing makes up for it. i live like 15 minutes away from the mountain and its so awsome to be able to ski all the freaking time at one of the best mountains out there

If CA is still doing okay after one of the worst snow years in history and two below average years after that, I would not worry too much about water.  Only thing that they have around here is enforced watering times.

im thinking about going to college at UNM. but skiing would be at taos mostly and thats kind of a drive...
