I agree.

NS a couple years ago was a completely different place, and i miss it.  instead of just making shitty replys to every thread, try and make meaningful thought out responses. they may involve you finding a picture to add credability to your reply, or evenopening a new tab and looking at an old thread before you click reply. but this is what NS needs.

for those of you who already do this I commemerate you. you are an ideal member of an online forum, and i salute you.

Really? Maybe this was a little before my time, but I know that before this new karma system there was a ton more hate. Now everyones worried about their karma rating so it's calmed down a little. I personally like the hate. If everyone loved each other i think NS would be a little boring. New kids just aren't used to being hated on. I see what you mean about more quality posts though.

yes, this is definetly what will make ns a better place, by placing a "are you 17 or over" with "enter" and "leave" buttons on the coverpage, because everyone knows this system really works since the intraweb police will put every violator in an e-prison where you get virtually butt-raped by 35 year old virgin bloggers. i think that was the greatest idea ever had! thanks a LOT!!!

the problem is people make accounts for the sole purpose of inputing negative crap on the first opportunity they see before they were members.  just ridiculous.

I don't come here that often, but there are plenty of intelligent discussions on here. But you do have to dig through a lot of stuff to find them.

But it's the summer, so everyone is more than a bit cranky. I don't think any of the other ski / snowboard forums are any different right now.

Just wait until the films start screening and the temps drop (like in the PNW), and the stoke factor goes way up.

I'm all irritated right now 'cause my luggage got lost, and I was in a hot, sticky, gross Dulles airport yesterday.
