My fuck nut of a brother screwed with my computer, I need help fixing it

I just came home from a camping trip to find my brother has been fucking around with my computer.
He's a gaming addict, and that's the reason he didn't come camping, my parents are divorced and my mom was a way on a business trip so he was home all alone. My mom has parent control on his laptop and it shuts down at 10 and obviously he needed more to satisfy his runescape cravings.

I come home to find my internet history deleted (which I never do, even after porn because no one looks through my laptop, or so I thought), halo downloaded on my desktop, and worst of all my chocolate covered pretzels half eaten with chocolate all over my desk. Fucker.

Then I realize none of my fn keys are working, ie. F1, F2 etc. and for macs that's volume, and changing songs on itunes, pausing etc. so I'm fucking pissed. I'm thinking he changed some settings to accommodate his gaming needs but he claims to not know what happened. Obviously it was him seeing no one was home for the 3 fucking days and it worked perfectly fine before I left. Now I'm not that un-tech savvy but I can't figure it out. I've looked in my preferences and shit but nothing seems to work...

It'd be great if anyone can help me fix this, its really getting on my nerves.

Another good one that I did to my friend would be:  take a screenshot of your bro's desktop, set it as the background and hide all the icons.  Make sure he does not have access through the start menu to anything he uses, it is simple, but he will get pissed.

open system prefs. go into your keyboard settings, then change them back

Wow.  Kick his ass.

And I hate gamer nerds that are like that.  He's on his computer all the time, but he doesn't even know enough about his computer to get around the parental controls.  I can think of three ways to get around it off the top of my head if he has a PC or is running Windows (I would assume he does since he is a gamer).  Way to spend hours of your time playing games and not learn anything useful.

firstly, teach him a lesson, not by some gay revenge thing, but by just talking to your mom to take some shit away or something

and then tell him that he'll get his stuff back when all your shits cleaned up, and back to the way it was

he made it that way, he knows how to change it back

or he's fucking retarded and a sad excuse for a gamer, in fact i'm embarrased to call myself a gamer when kids who ditch camping trips to play runescape are in the same category

if all else fails

just clock em, doesn't sound like he can fight back

Nah, my brother's on a mac too
I guess he's not a "gamer" hes just waay to into runescape, halo, cod2 etc. whatever limited number of games you can get on a mac.

He has some serious issues which I've noticed that he's developed after he started getting into the games

oh and its not parental control on his computer, but my mom has an ip ban thing on our modem that's on a timer and so his internet shuts down I think. IMHO its not enough, but my mom is a bit too lenient on that kind of stuff so...

I'm getting to the bottom of this, honestly its fucking annoying how I have to change the volumes and songs and shit

he's had crazy tantrums before though, I guess not as crazy as that but still enough to drive me out of the house to escape to my friends. My parents took away his laptop for a week because we found out he was skipping school to play runescape. Literally, he'd take showers and eat breakfast and everything, and because my parents left for work before we did for school and I don't necessarily bus with him, we never suspected anything until the principle called me up to ask whats up.

Runescape/WOW shit like that can really fuck people up eh.
