You cant really listen to what people say on these subjects, this is somethink you have to try yourself. It differs from peron to person, it depends how subseptible your brain is, if you can really relax, calm down, get comfortable, and zone out, it should work. You need to kind of let it do its job.
I havtn even tried it but thats basically what it is, it works for some, not for others, and with verying strengths in those who do use it.
