Help me please!!! 270 out...

So I am working on my pretzel 270 out on my summer setup. I landed my first one on the 4th of july and could not do it again. I have practiced it for hours already. So I know that you scissor yours skis and put pressure on the heel of you forward foot and everything, but it is super hard for me to "pop off" the rail. I can't seem to do it.  Any advice would be very appreciated + K for good answers. thanks

practice just unnatural blind 270 outs to get the feeling of pretzels and then try it with the 2 in and itll be so much easier

try a little earlier, you might be coming off the rail by the time you try to pop. bend down at about the middle, and pop straight upwards. it wont be steezy, but that will come with time.

think about spinning earlier on the rail somtimes even start spinning before you pop off

be crouched on the rail like when your on the ramp have your knees bent and have them bent on the rail, but not backseat, just ready to jump

are you talking about switch pretzel?

because on normal you put pressurre on you toe not you heel on your front foot.   also use your head

Summer set ups are usually pretty tough to learn pretzels on since PVC which I assume you're using is so soft.
But anyway my advice is to just do it. Don't think about it other than "I'm going to land this"
make sure you look over your shoulder and turn your hips and shoulders. don't worry too much about popping since its just a fs 270 and you can do it without popping if you really wanted to.

And if you still are having trouble practice the motions on the ground without your skis on

and if you don't get it after a bunch of tries try something completely different for a while and then go back to it. That helps a lot.

O.k this is how i do my 270 pretzels

#1. 270 on

#2. press your nose down

#3. when you feel good about sliding start looking over your blindside shoulder

#4. when you hit the end of the rail pop and spin.

This might not help you but i just kept trying and i did it and thats what i thought about  so good luck.

I could be mistaken, but I think he's just talking about a front 2 out. Just drop that heel and commit.

Idk if this helps, but for me the difference in whether i can land a 270 out or not is in my shoulders. For BS 2 outs, set your leading shoulder inward as soon as you start sliding, this will kind of start your body's rotation. For FS just set your back sholder inward.

for front 2 out I sort of dig my front heel in a little bit to scissor then right before the end I press in my front nose and back tail and spin out. It is a little harder to do on PVC rails because you cant puch your heel much or you catch the rail and fall but just practice and you will get them

Put the nose of your forward ski down..then u'll feel rotate..now u have to pop and keep on spinning with the head to spot your landing..but remeber..u gotta do it 1meter before the end of the rail/box..if u r tryin' it comin out of a box,you should have gone at the right/left side of the box..to fell edge under your skis..hope this help..and..keep on!!

this doesn't help the op at all. this would help someone learning how to do a full pretzel, not a fs 270 off.

maybe your mountain got new boxes? where I ski the coping on the box is super low and hard to lock on to. my edges are really dull and it doesnt make a difference

Scissor your front ski whip your shoulders around and pop. Try to dial your 450s on flat boxes because they are the easiest to pop off of
