Cheers for all the help already guys loads of good info! Think
ill try the weights or skis on trampoline!
Sorry for bumping this up, but got a question about
trampoline practice and practice at plastic(dendex/snowflex/artifical slopes).
After all the info you guys told me, tramp practice is pretty much all I have available
for spins and flips.
The thing is i realised when im spinning and flipping on the tramp im only
getting a foot or so off the ground. Obviously at parks its going to be at least
double that. So should i try and jump higher on the tram before i spin/flip or
does this not matter too much?
The other thing, I live close to a plastic slope but so far havent used it for
spins/flips becuase it makes me ski differently (as it is so much slower than
snow) and also have broken bones there
lol, dont wana loose confidence by falling and injuring.
Just wondering if other people use plastic ( artifial dendex/snowflex) slopes
to practice, and how effective its been.
Thanks for the help
