Who's tired of those no name haters who are putting some 1 on 10 on your photos?

I wont say any names but this dude is just putting some 1 on 10 on every of my photos to down rate them and I dont know why! my karma is also at 0! and Im getting really pissed because I dont think my photos deserve that fucking 1 on 10 ! its stupid you will say! shit happends I guess! its a free for all thread! all the anger can come out haha

honestly dont worry about it. theres a lot of people on NS that like to go around and do shit like this, ignore it, the ratings arent really that important, and karma, ya dont worry about that either. it comes and goes as you post more.

first rule of NS- say anything about wanting more K or why is my K low and your K will be thoroughly raped. i dont think anyone really looks at ratings on pics so its not worth getting your panties in a bunch

I dont think that theres rules on ns and I dont want more Karma hahahahthat doesnt change anything in my life! I just say its fucking anoying seeing some random guy! and again wont say the name puting some 1 on 10 on photos that are actually good! ns is a good site for exposure and if they downrate ur photos they dont and up on top rated!

well now your K problem is solved. how exactly do you know who is rating your photos? are they also leaving comments? if they are really buggin you just block them. im not sure if that will make it so they cant view your profile but its worth a shot

Like someone else said, don't worry about the rating. Everyone has their own opinion. Someone looking at your photo isn't going to say, "Wow, this is a shitty photo because its rated a 1"....you know? Its NS and this stupid shit happens all the time. Someone rated my photos a 1 because they have some stupid e-dislike for me. Whatever.

Also, the more you're on here and the more you contribute the less this will happen.

Ha let's not group all the pink names and/or girls into one category. There's a solid group of girls who I respect and like on this site, and the rest I wouldn't mind palming in the face.

Welcome to NS. It's the summer, so even moreso, Hateland! It's the internet, and you can't take anything to heart. No one's ever going to be 100% supportive of your work. If you're really bothered by user comments then consider not posting your work, as cruel as that sounds. You can't tell who is downrating you... even some of the most popular photos, edits, and articles on this site, get rated down for the cattiest reasons (and this isn't just the girls, as the majority of the site is girls.)

Grow some tough skin, and welcome to the family.

Unfortunately it's something everyone has to get used to, and in my opinion NS should do something to rectify the problem as it's been present for a long time and really affects not only pictures, but top rated videos (which can change video of the day/week) along with every contest there is.

My photo ( https://newschoolers.com/web/content/pictures/id/271469/cat/top/ ) just got five zero ratings in a row within 15 minutes, which leads me to believe it's the same person. I learn to live with it though, life is a bitch and the internet is not the place you should go to look for "fairness" or valid opinions.

you shouldnt just rate pics 10 or 1 unless you think that they actually deserve it. inflating/deflating the rating like that defeats the purpose of having one
