1st time I'd ever sewn anything, without using any guides (other than the form kit to cut the outlines). The fabric store only had sweatshirt material in grey, so I went with faux-silk/polyester stuff, lined with what was called "cuddle fleece". This made sewing a living hell, especially since I started this on a period of no food/water for the previous 36 hours. I probably used the seam ripper more than my sewing machine, but I'm pretty happy with the results so I'll probably try again (this time with proper material) after fixing the ribbing on this one.
