What do you do when you are pissed off?

So I am a bit pissed off right now.  My car just failed inspection and I have had to take it back 4 times for various reasons.  I just found out I am going to get barely any hours this summer at work.  My iPod broke.  Things aren't going well with the girls

What do all of you do when you are a bit pissed off, in order to vent?

Sucks that skiing isn't an option to clear my head.  I am thinking of longboarding soon.

but i usually end up going into the garage and pounding on the concrete floor. i have put one hole in the wall at my house, and a dent in my room cuz i hit the stud. my knuckles hate me for it. but thats when i flip the fuck out, which isnt often. i also drive when im mad. i just go out. but i dont get mad often, just frustrated. only when i loose it i do these things, but then i get so mad i cant control myself, and i actually scare myself. thats why the concrete floor is a good choice for a punching bag. man up.

i just drive random places really fast, try to get lost, then when i find some place that feels good, i just sit and think about shit for an hour or two, then i head home and take a shower. showers are fucking awesome
