My drop in is 4 feet high and I am planning on using PVC held horizontally to ski down the ramp, which will be 8 feet long. At the bottom, I was thinking about maybe making an additional 4 foot section in the flat part with PVC, followed by a turf jump... would this work?
"My family, my friends and skiing, thats it for me. The joy i get from skiing- that's worth dying for"
im making my own right now and im doing teh exact same thing! but i was also wondering this, so an answer would be doubly appreciated!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
it sounds like it would work but you need to have some type of turf transistion into the jump. otherwise you may not have any clue where your skis are going into the jump.
