Futurama

does anyone know if futurama will ever start making new episodes like they used to (30minutes) or are they just going to keep making these movies and splitting them up? I really hope they make regular episode again because the movies are cool but i think the episodes are better.

I believe they want to make a straight to dvd season, but there were licensing issues with Fox, so they for a certain time can't make the new season but are making the movies instead until they can release a season, which I think is pretty soon.

I could be wrong, but I've heard from some places this is the case.

i heard they might get a new contract for episodes because of the success of the movies... but i doubt itll happen anytime soon.

i miss futurama. it was the best show on TV while it was airing.
