when ever im up walking my right thigh starts stinging, like at first it feels just like the hair is getting pulled (on the opposite side of my package) and like then it starts to burn real bad.... it started last night and continued this morning when i got up... it is only like one small spot but idk, when i am sitting down it doesnt hurt... and there is no skin discoloration or bumps or anything....
im guessing it is just a dead/dieing nuerve or something....
and i dont think the muscle is pulled, i rode my dirt bike a lot yesterday but if it was because of that i would think my left leg would hurt to ....
anyone experience this before?
