I tried the search bar and I didn't find anything too particularly useful, so I'm going to ask if anybody knows much about the atomic urban punx? I've considered buying these skis. Thanks.

It's a light, flexy and reaally fun ski, I got them in 184 and loved them, they are alsoo really durablee

Absolute shit. Buy these if you want a strictly park noodly ski that wont hold up to abuse and that the company wont back.

I like the idea that these skis are similar to the invaders, but I'm also looking for all mountain performance. Would mounting these things a couple inches back defeat the purpose of the ski? Because I'm not a strictly park rider.

Yes. they already suck out of park. Mounting them back will give you more tip to work with but then you will be fighting the sidecut of an already shitty ski.

i flexed my friend's unmounted urban punx and i've never felt a softer ski in my entire life. softer than hellbents. i swear i could've folded them in half haha. i'd imagine they'd be fun in the park (not on big jumps) like everyone's said, but would suck major D anywhere else and at high speeds. not a one-ski quiver at all...

Hence the name urban.

Go with the punx not the urban. Caveman is the only person i have heard bad stuff about these from. i have punx and i love them my favorite ski ever.
