Better production quality, editing, cinematography, and .......skiing
Team canada had some sick doubles, but the overall level of riding in the team america vid was just higher. Every single team america trick was epic. Both dumont and wallisch showed style in the classic sense (as opposed to the modern sense which only seems conscerned with how hard you stick your double).
I know that judging is always subjective so this isnt a knock at the JOSS judges, I'm just giving my opinion.
