we've been up to central a few times in the past and played around on rails, they're usually cool about it, but if they ask you to leave, you need to respect that and NOT be a douche about it. One time we were up there, some guys came up in a cat and said they'd be by to pick up the rails in like 30 minutes, so we were welcome to play until then. We politely said thank you, played for a little while longer, then got out of their way.

at least you can laugh at the special olympics, there's nothing funny about skiing. - k2skeepimp
my brother and friends went out to west in june last year and set up some jibs, apparently there was a sesh the same day at central as well. i don't think they really care.
they climbed the lift poles too...
I was up at central all weekend and we set up a few dance pad boxes and there was a down rail and flat box set up, it was pretty fun rain or shine. All of the boxes are down by the yurt and can be moved around by your crew-they are really heavy. Groomers mash down the jumps as soon as the season is over so there was none of that gnar action... Staff passed on sleds and waved, so that wasn't a problem either.
God damnit. I went up today with Mike just to hit a couple rails. We put some work in and set up 2 rails together and built a lip to it, minding out own business. Right when we finish, a guy comes out of nowhere and says we have to leave. We didn't even get to hit anything, and couldn't convince him to let us stay. We stood around for 20 minutes dumbfounded and confused, then just left.
Nothing is going to happen if they let us stay! I can guarantee that their insurance company will NOT send out an agent on a random Wednesday at noon, when they are closed, to make sure no one is skiing on 2 little dinky rails without ski patrol supervision! Wtf, I hate you Snoqualmie. Why won't you let me be happy?
Anyway, I will definitely be going back a few times before the snow melts becuase I cannot let that guy win.
i was up there sat and sun day with Thorp and a few others all day and set up two flat rails and we never had problem with security... im going to go back up sunday there better not be any douche bags up there that tell us we have to leave...
