Vintage Miyata fixie - 800$ OBO

I build bikes as a hobby, and don't need 13, so here is my newly built fixie.

Not to price police, but that is an absurdly stupid price for that bike.  At the most, you have $300 into that wheelset assuming its machined Deep-V's.  Much less if its the Weinmann DP18.  You are running the stock crank, stock bars and stem, stock brake caliper, no cages...

I get that you live in Canada and are probably asking CA$...but still.  Thats alot for a bottom of the line steel frame that you slapped a fixed wheel set on.

looks like a new wheel set, new tires and new grips, that would cost like 400 at the most and 400 profit is a bit much to ask. You could also put this up on velospace, a fixed gear fourm.

and the price on the wheels is about right.

If you have had offers in the $700s take that and run screaming to the bank.  That frame is a Miyata One-Ten, the same frame I run on my fixie.  Its a bottom of Miyata's line Hi-ten steel frame.  Lugged, and nice, but cheap.  Yup, makes a nice fixie frame so it doesnt get stolen...

...but go on ebay and look up Miyata one-ten's and one-hundreds.  Same frames and not even close to what you are asking.

yeah maybe if you had a track crankset on it. it still has the road bike double set. if someone is offering you 700 you should take it.
