Look at this!!! it is a 1988 skateboard video with almost the same logo as the skiing Propaganda!!!

Except for the actual letters that spell Propaganda, theres not very much in common. I am almost certain that Jonny D did not rip off the name of some 14 year old skateboard video.

Its not just a 14 year old skate video... Its a fucking bones brigade video. If you don't know what the hell the bones brigade is, then you need to go back to school and do some homework. If it wasn't for the bones brigade skiing would never be where it is today, neither would snowboarding, and especialy not skateboarding. Get Cultured.

Yeah what the hell, The ski movie was good, but ripping off the bone brigade is not cool. If it was a conciedence its ok, but if it was a ripoff, I'm going to be really pissed off.

bones brigade was a group of skaters back in the day that pretty much set the style for skating. They were super influential...i cant remember exactly who the members were but i think Steve Cab was one of them.

If you watched the Action Sports and Music Awards they did a thing on the BOnes Brigade. It was five or six guys. Steve Caballero, Tony Hawk and I don't know the names of the others. But they made skateboarding what it is today.

The Bones Brigade were the new canadian airforce of skateboarding. They took it to a new level doing things that no one had ever seen before. The team consisted of Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, Lance Mountain, Stacy Peralta, Mike McGill, , and Tommy Guerrero...

You should care because its low and unoriginal to ripoff a movie title even if they create 'a good movie'. The Bone Brigade was oldskool, hardcore and one of the greatest things to ever happen to skateboarding!

Maybe its just coincidence, but with the logo just the same, it seems highly unlikley! But again Propaganda was up for the best movie award at the Action SPorts and the bones brigade was there too and they didn't metion anything about it.

Yea those guys made skateboarding what it is today. But that was a while ago when like 10 people owned that propaganda. Now every kid that has twin tips has seen Propaganda cause it was the best ski movie i have ever seen

I think that it is kinda weak to have to gaff someones name. It just gives people more of a reason to talk shit about skiers. I personally didn't like propaganda that much anyway. I'm tired of seeing the same nine skiers over and over in every magazine and movie. Don't get me wrong there was deffinatley some really dope stuff in the video, don't get me wrong I could watch jf's section a million times and not get sick of his style, I just want to see some new faces brought into the industry.

renorider - i hate to break it to you but johnny d will always be filming with the original 'newschoolers' till they stop skiing all togeather. if you want to see the newer skiers go watch movies made by L1P, SBP, Jibtech, Iberg's films, and others... filmers film their friends, their pack, their crew, whatever you call them... (in theory) it makes for better videos because if they filmer and ther skier work togeather enough they can know what to expect and what not to expect from eachother and they can almost predict what eachother can do - which makes for more and better shots.
