I know there is already small threads for this, but I wanted to know from a larger group...

Is it legit to have stickers on your skis or helmet, etc., from companies that you will never own
products from, or think is a shitty company?
I talked to a guy on a lift who had some old shitty Rossis, and had an Oakley, Orage, and Tecnica stickers on em, and (long story short) he doesnt own any stuff from the companies, and said he would never actually buy something from Tecnica (I was wearing Agent boots...)

I have stickers on my laptop from companies that I used to have gear from, which I think is legit...

What do you guys think??

Nah, I don't really think its legit. Its about as legit as me wearing my Marshall Amp shirt, when I don't own a marshall amp... Pretty fag IMO. If your friends have the gear though, it might be more legit. Like I'll rock a line sticker on my helmet even though I don't ski lines.

I rock stickers for two reasons.

1) To support the companies if I use their gear.
2) If it looks cool, ill throw it on, because I don't really give a fuck. I have a nordica sticker on my car but rock Agents. I have a fox sticker and I don't participate in motor x or downhill, it looks sick. Have an 4frnt sticker but ski K2's. So really, I put stickers on shit if I think its looks cool. Its giving companies I like exposure. And most of all I frankly don't care what people think.

i dont have armadas but i have an armada sticker on my helmet.

ive also never been too utsh, but i have and altabird sticker on my lappy, and a yeti hitchhiking to utah

i think to display a sticker of a certain brand you just need to like what theyre doing. the sticker is a sign of support and it means you want them to do well. so i dont think wearing a sticker from a company you havent bought any of their product is wrong but wearing a sticker from a brand you dont like is kinda dumb.

I threw the 4bi9 sticker that came with the movie on my car. Am a part of it? No. It's a sick sticker and it shows support for their dope ass flicks. I also don't have Smith goggles but I rock a sticker on my car as well, among others.

I don't care, i just choose the sickest looking stickers and put them on my stuff. I have a spy die cut on my skis and wear crowbars but honestly i don't care. If they look cool then they have done their job

well you see, they are pieces of vinyl cut into the shape of a company's logo, and they are sticky on one side of them so you can affix them to your stuff and show support for the company they came from.

stickers are like art you can put anywhere and they won't fall off, so put them everywhere, regardless of what the sticker is. I have a sticker that says pee in her butt, and I have never peed in a butt.
