I bought some poles from Backcountry.com. Some Joystick Spiccoli's, and after falling off a box, got up to find they ahd bent completely 90 degrees off my ski edge...
Will Backcountry be cool once I send them in? Or void the warranty?

Theyre sending me new poles, and having me send back the old ones...
Are they gonna want to charge me or something?

ya after talking to some of their guys, they seem super chill and relaxed about it.
told me to send the poles in and not worry about it.

Def. You could have had them for 10 years and broken them into 50 pieces and they'd still do it. Somebody could really take advantage of them lol. Super legit though

^ Super dick indeed. In my opinion if they're cool enough to provide a service like that, we should be cool too and not take advantage of it (unless you need too), or else we could end up losing it. But for you, OP- go for it, that perfectly legit

I don't see why you deserve to get new poles. Was it a defect in the poles? If you just fell on it in the normal course of your skiing then you should not be entitled to new poles. Even if BC.com sends you new poles I think you would just be taking advantage of a great company that has hooked a lot of us at NS with great deals and even better customer service.

just the fact that they do that makes us want to buy more stuff from them. they do this kind of thing for that exact reason. but backcountry has the most legit warranty program ever. wait bc is the most legit site ever. glad to here they are doing that

if you scratched your pole and said you didn't like it backcountry would most likely give you new ones or a complete refund, they have a 100% guarantee like ll bean but more legit
