Correct me if I'm wrong, but they just closed the backcounty until avalanche conditions weren't as dangerous and they were saying that if you duck ropes into CLOSED areas that you are going to be penalized.

yah! this year because of all the rain before the powder back country has become extremely dangerous.

The places designated clsoed are probably not good places to be right now anyway. There are some deathtraps up there right now.
