I need some advice on how to make me knee heal faster. I didnt hurt it very bad, but I woke up this morning, its pretty stiff and painful. Im hoping to be skiing soon (bridger got over 80 inches this weekend) What can I do to help it heal faster? Ive already elevated/iced/took anti-imflamatories. I was told heat was bad in the first 24 hours, is it ok after that?
