Heel screw stripped

I was tightening up my DIN earlier today on a pair of Look P12's. The toe pieces were cranked up without a hitch, but both heel pieces seem to have stripped screws in the dildo part.

I've tried a few varying sizes of screwdriver to no avail (although the screwdriver is a piece of garbage missing half its bits). Is there anything I can use that might offer me a little more torque with these things? I can't honestly ski with what the bindings are set at without over risking the chance of pre-releasing.

I don't know how a din screw can become stripped on both heels

Did you buy them new?
If not, sounds like the old owner wasn't using the right equipment to make adjustments - try a #3 pozidrive, or a solid philips screwdriver

Got them used.

The usual dings and such are taken out of the bindings, although it's just one screw in particular that's really stripped. As I've said the screwdriver I've been using has been less than ideal, but it worked fine for one of the heels.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to go snag a slightly bigger phillipshead once I get the chance.

you need to use a posidriver for pivot heels and flat head for turntables, now they can seem so be stripped but you need to get the screwdriver in the adjuster just right and make sure the dildo is in the vertical position makes it easier.
