pop up (remember kids, always pop - unless you're doing a all carved out cork, then carve that shit!)
tuck your knees in while putting ear to shoulder (obviously in a fully body way so your whole self to goes with the ear)
keep your eyes focused on something specific downhill from you to keep your body aligned downhill or your body will want to get all sideways
then as you're dropping out either keep your knees in or extend depending on if you need to keep the rotation up or slow 'er down.
