my back is fucked!

somethings is terribly wrong with back, i was just doing my workout and my back was a little stiff so i cracked it like i did many times before but somethings fucked up cuz after i did that, i had a sharp pain in my upper back and now and i cant twist my torso side to side or in and out

Dude, you may have what I have, which is where the vertabrae in the top of your back get stuck in place. It hurts like a bitch and you have to do a bunch of stretches and posture stuff.

my friend was just in a bad car accident. he and another kid were driving at 4 am, piss drunk, took a curve on the road at 90 mph and rolled the other kid's truck. my friend flew out in mid-air and his back is pretty fucked up. as far as the other kid, he had a major gash in his head and there was blood everywhere. well that was a little off subject but anyways now his back is fucked.

Hey lat, wait 2 or 3 days, don't do anything strenuous and if you back still hurts I can ask my dad (he's an ER doc). And to who ever said that getting your back walked on is bad, my dad did it to me last night cause my back was hurting. It might not be the correct solution for lat's problem but it isn't bad for you in most situations.

i had one in my neck one time. it hurt a lot to move it so for a couple of days i had my head tilted slightly to the side.

also i hit my knee really hard a couple months ago and i think i pinched a nerve in that too. it felt like i hit my funny bone. its mostly better now but i still don't have feeling in that one spot.

misty7 - my back looked the same if not worse after over rotating a backflip on the big kicker at sms. it was just a little bruising and stuff. i pinched a nerve working on misties last year and that was really painful. i felt like every time i would sit down, a bee was stinging my booty.

yeah, lifting dj gear, running, and skiing have fucked my back.

i was diagnosed with a sprained lumbar (lower back) however it doesn't go away.

you cant be part of something if you do it once. you gotta do it repeatedly or else your not changing and progressing which is the key to origination and keeping the sport going. youre not a newschooler if you dont make it a habit of repeatedly doing it. now that is key to the progression and cycle of our sport and if you dont do this then itll die

Lucky, my back hasn't gotten better in nearly six months. The muscles in there are so tight too, the physical therapists are always like, 'are you stressed out? how's school for you?' and all kinds of shit. it's funny.
