turkey(17lbs)
stuffing
cranberry sauce
Brussel sprouts (sauteed in butter/garlic sooo good)
asparagras
mash patatoes
candied yams
and some wine of some sort!

to all of NS:
If you have any left over bread, definitely make some dry stuffing. It's quite easy. Cut up a loaf or two into cubes. Melt some butter in a bowl, and add salt, pepper, and bit of finely chopped celery. Lay the bread cubes on a cookie sheet, and pour the butter mixture evenly over the cubes. Throw it in the oven until it's nice and crispy. Simple to make, and it's absolutely delicious covered in gravy.
