How fast the NS store ships?

Bought the movie 'Claim' online through the NS Store... Anyone knows when/how fast they ship?

Claim only ships out the second week of october, so expect to be getting it sometime after that

Think it might be worth stating the release date for each movie in the store.
Seen a couple of threads now with people getting pissed coz their movies haven't arrived, when they haven't even been released yet.

Not sure some people quite grasp the idea of a "pre order".
