The snowmaking facility + piping and equipment would have to be worth NZ$10m+ there wouldn't it?
NZ$30m actually doesn't sound toooo bad, there is definitely long term scope for expansion there

Don't forget upkeep. That would be very expensive and I don't think people on NS would be will to pay for it because not all of NS lives by Snowpark. I don't doubt that it would be fun to have a NS resort, but one would need to still keep it open to the public to have some form of revenue and/or one could sell season passes to Newschoolers for another form of revenue.

yo that is so sick im not gunna buy it lol but honestly the 20 mill it is or 30 mill or even 40 mil is not that much at all for a ski resort like that. im sure if someone honestly really wanted to buy it they could maybe do it
