how do u do flatspins. Ive been trying to get them on my bed. i can get a misty 5 on my bed but i dont understand how to do a flatspin. Can someone explain?

ok first off stop trying it on your bed, and to thorw it try to thorw you whole body to 9:30 and keep looking. You can only do flats and rodeos when you are moving standing there and trying them makes them even harder to do.

yea, mattster is right. its like you are lying on your back, spining around in circles. do that in the air. if you spin to the right, throw your right shoulder out and forward. bring your legs up around u. u should be on your back in the air. just practice this motion until u get the hang of it.

there's two looks to a flat spin, most people stick to one. you can do it with your back to the ground during the spin so it's like a rodeo that doesn't do inverted, or you can roll onto your side/shoulder (as if your lying on your side in your bed) and do a back flipping motion. Definately a trick to try on tramp, once you get it the motion is simple.

i started doing rodeos but pulling an early mute. I cant do flatspins on the tramp without a grab.

yeah its like the hockey check. get on a diving board, i did one my first ever try on a diving board, they are super easy off them. just throw your shoulder out and to the side like you are jumping and making your back go first. its fun and feels weird and cool.
