it looks like a pretty interesting concept, like a snowboard boot that clips into ski bindings.  i would say it would probably be a decent boot.  you really have to try it on to see how it fits.  its probably really comfortable and I would say get them if they fit you.

who knows... if you find it, try it on, boots that fit like a glove would be better I think.
