Hellbent Mounting Point?!
I tried to contact Schmies, but I am to desperate to wait for an answer:
the mail just delivered some Hellbents. Now they are sitting in my room waiting to get mounted.
My problem is finding a good mounting point.
I bought 179s. I'd like to play around in powder (cliffs, pillows, bc booters, treeskiing). Basically BC Freestyle.
I'll also want to take them in the park, just to fuck around..
I consider myself a good skier. ( Ski since I am 3 years old, raced fis with
like 80 points...)
I am 6'1 and weigh 171 lbs.
Would you recommened Core Center? Or would this make my tips dive sometimes.
What would NS recommened me?
And I used the Searchbar. Couldn't find anything.
riding skiboards is like banging fat chicks. it might be fun, but you don't tell your friends!
in my opinion i think you should have gotten 189s, but i mounted my 179s -2 and i like it a lot
my steeze aint for the taking
-The cool kids
i mounted mine at +5.5 and i'm almost postive schmies mounted his 179's at +6. core center would be 91.5 cm from the tail. have fun!
oh yeah. tips don't ever dive with hell bents. that's one of the great things about rocker skis.
go center or 1 back maybe, its by the far the most fun mounting point. unless your charging alot of big shit, in which case i wouldnt of gotten bents.
-1 from true center. You don't want to be wheel'n do ya?
concurred on the -1 from true center
shouldve gotten the 189s. theyre only huge when theyre not on your feet.
All times are Eastern (-5)
