What the fuck is with fat people, these idiots sit around and cry to themselves while eating a box of donuts about their hormonal imbalances while they should be getting off their asses and excersizing. If people stopped telling them that they had a hormone problem and started telling them there is no such thing we would see a lot less fat people in this world. I have serious problems with these people. If the only thing that works for most fat people is to get their stomach sectioned off to be only 10 cc. then we have a big problem on out hands. We need a little more natural selection and less surgery on fat people. It should either be stop eating under your own power and excersize or die when you are 50. This is really the only good way. So fat people cant feel sorry for themselves and continue to be fat. They just have to be blamed 100% for their disgusting condition and they should fix it themselves.

yeah, i know, sports are really fun anyways, im in soccer, skiing, football, and i will be in track and maybe basketball. Its really fun, i dont see how people just want to sit around all day. Yeah, foods good too though...

I was in the petting zoo, or as I like to call it, the touch me zoo this afternoon. All the animals were retarded. Some lady was breast feeding her baby on a bench nearby, an obvious signal. I sat down uncomfortably close to her and yawned my arm around her shoulder. In her attempt to squirm away, she dropped her baby on the ground. I pretended I was concerned for a second, then I punted it over the fence. She still didn't seem interested in me. Whatever.

you people are so incredibly ignorent you make me sick. i might be a little overweight, maybe ten pounds, i play soccer, run cross country, and work out at the gym every day. im also on a very strictly regimented diet. how fast you are able to burn of calories correlates directly with you metabolism, which is genetic. so technically obesity is a disease, not something that can be quickly dealt with. it is easy for a naturally thin, athletic person to say that being thin and losing weight is simple. it isnt, its hard and it should be taken seriously not persecuted. thats just my opinion, but im actually sort of offended.

umm.. last year, my % body fat was 40 or so, this year, is 25 i think, last year, i was about 5 foot 8 inches, 210 pounds, this year, im 6 foot 1 inch. 220. so yeah, my reputation for bein fat was basically from last year and farther back. i slimed down this year

yep but something can be done about it, and im trying to say that people shouldnt give up on themselves or use hormones as an excuse because somoene says there is something wrong with them, even though losing weight might be harder for some people it is definitely possible, hormone imbalance or no hormone imbalance

Too bad thin people like myself get made fun of a hell of a lot more than fat people do these days because kids are always taught that it's morally wrong and rude to make fun of larger people, but not skinny people. FUCK THAT! It pisses me off SOOOOOO bad when people say I have an eating disorder like anorexia or belemia. If I have ANY eating disorder, it's that I eat way too much. I don't gain and ounce and it pisses me off. I have PLEANTY of people who can vouch for that, too, bitches.

the problem that I see has basically been stated in this thread already. The problem is that people generalize fat people as being lazy, never excercising, eating a crap diet, and just generally being a drain on society.

Guess what, this cannot be farther from the truth. Yes, there are a lot of fat people in this world that can be described like that, but the reason this generalized mindset pisses me off so much is the fact that it neglects the people that are fat and active and healthy, and also neglects the people that do have hormonal imbalances. Also, there is also a lot of truth to the genetics theories, and has been proven in early tests, hopefully these advances will help people.

As far as stomach stapling and gastric bypass surguries go, personally I do not believe in them, they are a permanent fix to a temporary problem. Anyone subjecting themselves to this in order to be ''normal'' is no longer normal themselves.

Now, sounding somewhat like a hypocrite, people that are just lazy fat piss me off. If you are not willing to correct your flaws and try to make yourself better, you have no one else to blame for your problems but yourself.

Personally I have been fighting the preconceived notions of fat people my whole life. I have always been heavy. I have also always eaten rather healthilty (I think I made that up, but you guys know what I mean), and always been very active, I feel that I am one of those people genetically or not, dispositioned to be big. I have lost a good amount of weight, but at the expense of my health - figure that one out, and yes I can back it up medically.

The bigger problem that I see is that people do not respect themselves or others around them, one simple word ''respect'' can go a lone way to help rememdy the ills of modern society.

it appears everyone who shows that they are older then fifteen at least in their mind shows it on this thread by posting quite good convincing argruements, but this thread to begin with is just another useless nothingness. It has no value like the whole non skiing gabber. If you want to talk about this find a chat room somewhere else. Peoples value and beliefs do not need to be assaulted here and especially people who cant control what was giving to them. The ones who ramble about how it is fat people who feel this blunt I have had friends who have been close to commiting suicide because they were excluded from everyone because they were a little pudgy not fat. Not fat at all, and it sickens me to hear this because this is the kind of talk that lures more and more people into anorexia everyday. People are who they were created to be, we dont have control over that. Lifestyle may be a factor in some cases of obesity but not hardly any because it is mostly hereditery. Me for instance I am not fat but I can never adapt the shaped body like any of my friends do that all the girls die for. I may have a little muscle but no matter how hard I try everyday working at the weight gym I never see improvement. Itr all boils down to... Being fat is a term that should be destroyed, nuff said.

Some people cant help it with Blood pressure. I think it is so wrong to tease fat people. For example my little bro cant eat anything that is bread but he still does but he is 5'10 and weigh 185 and people make fun of him. But i know for a fact that he can bet any of there asses.

well...I don't hate it..I just wish i could gain some mass so I don't break all the time.

they can't do a lot of things.

I don't like bringing fat people on my adventures, cause they have trouble jumping fences and running from fuzz.....they get pinched and rat the rest of us out...I still bring em, but it's a huge risk...and it's always hard to wait on them....and put them in situations where they have to accept that they are the only one(s) that can't keep up cause they're fat...it's awkward....

And, Skipimp, I was gonna write a long drawn out response to your comment, but it just isn't worth it. It is just another stereotype.

Man, I swear I would love to meet everyone that stereotypes fat people and give em a swift kick in the ass and prove to them that although their stereotypes and preconcieved notions may be valid for some, they are by far not valid for all.

^^Yeah, that's better. I HATE stereotypes more than anything (except for my back). I agree that it's dumb to say all overweight people are lazy and blah blah because I'm friends with many. I know I hate being stereotyped as anorexic or belemic because I'm skinny (as I've said before) and it's definitely not true, so what makes it okay to stereotype all overweight/obese people as fat lazy slobs who do nothing.

Okay, theres a difference between fat and FAT. I only have problems with FAT people, like 400+. I saw this fat lady at the grocery store cry because she dropped a chocolate cake in the parking lot. These kind of people make me sick. Honestly, go run on a treadmill. My friends family is genetically fat, but his sister is at the gym almost everyday, doing somehing about it. Mad props to her.

no I am not fat, I was anorexic you dumb fuck because people like you called me fat, I try to be kind but this world is fowl you know what I lost about 50 pounds in a month by not eating so fuck off I'm skinny as hell now and still think I'm fat sometimws. well i can say that i've always been a big guy and when i dropped poundage for football, it was a strain on my body. my immune system was down to the point where i developed shingles. im still big but i do jog every day and go to the gym 3 times a weeks but guess what, i'm happy with who i am. i get play and im physically healthy
