So I click on my NS and then go to "my threads" to get answers to my questions about stuff and two different computer internets have frozen many times.
Help! NS online workers!

You have too many thread watches. So here's the trick:
Click My Threads. But before your computer freezes you have to paste "javascript:DelMyThread('');" (without the quotes) into the address bar of your browser and press enter. A box will pop up asking if you want to delete all thread watches. Click yes.
Hopefully your computer won't be frozen by this point, and you'll be able to access My Threads henceforth.
