spins and grabs

spin with your hips and you'll be able to do any grab that you want (unless you start getting into leading and reverse grabs... than it gets a bit harder than just simply setting with the hips)

get bigger air too....and dont huck with ure arms like darryl says, use ure hips...if u slow down the rotation it makes it much easier, but if u go off a really small kicker and try to do a grab really fast it'll look sketch and not too good
