My friend kristie and I, will be having two rooms opening up August 1st. In case we ourselves cannot find friends etc. to move in I wanted to use this Ad as a backup plan. We are looking for two responsible people who can afford thier share of the rent all winter. I have signed the lease for another year. We expect anyone who wants to move in to commit to atleast 6 months, and you will have to sign a lease.
The house is located around fort union and 3000 east, one stop light before you go to brighton, pretty epic location. We have four rooms and three bathrooms, two living rooms, vaulted ceilings, two balconies, and a large yard. The two rooms that are opening up one is good sized, and the other is decent. You will only have to share a bathroom with one person.
We are looking for some responsible, clean, out-going people. I figured NS is a good place to look. We both work in the industry and go to school a little bit. This is a rider friendly house, male and females acceptable. Must be able to contribute to cleaning and the up-keep of the house. Also must be willing to adhere to some policies and help to make this house as environmentally friendly as possible.
Rent is $350 + utilities. A first then last months rent will be required to move in as a deposit.
