I know so many people who take shrooms and basically just feel really stoned.  ive only done them twice but I don't really approve of the way some of my friends take them.  they dont get anything out of it whatsoever.

I think all that is definitely true.  but also after a few days you realize some of your shroom-induced revelations are bullshit.  but at least for me, shrooms force me to confront difficult things I don't want to think about.  its painful, but I face them, and eventually come up with a strategy to deal with them and feel way better.  and my behavior definitely changes positively.

whats funny is the control group was given adderall instead of shrooms, and a small number of people said that they had a mystical experience from adderall.  what idiots.
