basicaly what they do with thesse scams is they ship you themselves, and then they stick themselvees up your butt and steal your money

so basically, your gonna get buttraped. dont do it

if u look at the high bidder it s one of those *** guys, their prbly settin the starting bid low so u start bidding and them they will bid on it themselves from another account to jack up the price. dont do it or ask for buy it now

additionally, the seller only joined ebay 3 days ago, and the item description contains this line; "Comes with: 1 (one) Battery, a charger, Remote Control." They basically just said that the camera wouldn't be included.  But I may just be overanalyzing idk

also he created his acct 3 days ago, try to get someone else with more history., Ive gotten scammed before and it sucks cuz its a bitch to have to go thru ebay to get ur money back and u only get like half of it back

so i emailed the guy asking some questions about the condition of the camera and warranty and such and this is what he said: 


There is no damage to the camera, visible or otherwise. There
are no nicks, dents, buffs, scratches, or defects. It has been
used only once and excellently cared for. All the items coming
with the camera are shown in the picture above and listed in
another response.
I am selling the camera in such excellent condition because I
originally bought it for a project with some colleagues that fell
through, and now my life is moving in a different direction, and I
need the money. While I still hold a passion for film-making, I
do not see myself using the camera in the foreseeable future so
it's best to pass it off to someone who will get some use out of
it, while at the same time get some much needed cash.

Unfortunately since I have bought the camera I've done some
moving around. While the camera itself is in perfect condition, I
cannot say the same thing for the manuals, receipt, etc. While
you may not have a claim to a warranty, you will be purchasing
a "like new" camera at a solid discount.

i'd buy it.  can't you put a hold on the paypal transaction so he doesn't get the money till you get the camera or something?  if you can do that then you should definitely buy it.

fuck it im just gonna go for it cuz me and my friend will be goin off to college after this season and we just neeed something w/ good quailty and can hold up for a season..plus i asked him to post pics. of the warranty and receipt
