Well basically i got some volkl wall skis in january from untracked. Both bindings pulled out after 4 days and they have since been remounted and used another 10 days (I was in switzerland and i needed them) But the bindings are pulling out again now and i need to make a warranty claim. I filled in their online form but no response. So does someone have an email address for volkl? I'm in the UK but i bought them in the US so i guess i have to go throught the US system. Any contact details for volkl / advice on how to get a new pair would be much appreciated. I'm aware that this is a common problem so..
what i would do if i were u is go to a ski shop were u are now that carries volkl. ask to either speek to someone who can make a claim for u (if u are stayin in the Uk for some while) or ask for the contact info of their sales rep. contact the rep and get the info from him/her.
My bindings ripped out twice on my walls, then when I busted a pair of bindings I got another pair of the same binding on and just had the shop put expanders in the hole and the binding is holding in their nice now.
