i love kung fu movies. and now that i can't leave my house due to potential mono, i wanna watch something my friends don't like watch (yea, they're homos). so far i've really liked house of flying daggers, hero, and the curse of the golden flower. i've yet to really watch crouching tiger but i think i'm gonna pick it up soon. if anyone has any suggestions, i'd appreciate it.

The problem is, Bruce Lee died during the filming of this movie, so they put a random guy to replace him... if you want a good laugh see Game of Death 2 (if you haven't seen it) ... it's a Bruce Lee movie without Bruce Lee playing in it...

yeah seriously, this is awsome..
i didnt really like hero at all, the story line was hard to follow and there was too much going on at once

i thought it was so crazy when everything came together. the story leading to the end was so huge. the plot was so captivating, as well as the scenery (not a good word? maybe imagery) that i had NO idea what was going to happen. and the very end was straight up boss as fuck.

those are all gnarly, is that even in the "kung fu" category? i want an internet site with a huge list i can watch.

Kung-fu hustle is one of the funniest movies Ive ever seen, its really good, and shaolin soccer, same maker also funny, watch ong-bak too, its thai fighting but really impressive. A lot cooler action than the protector, which is also good. if you watch either of the tony jaa movies check out the fighting, the guy doesnt stage fight, he actually beats the shit out of people, thats why theyre not made in america.

yea i've seen the protector and ong bak. awwwwwful plots, but the fighting was really sick. i've seen kung fu hustle, it was kinda sweet, but not really something i'd recommend. i haven't seen shaolin soccer though.
