*before bed, fill your bathtub up with as hot of water you can stand so that your entire calf will be immersed in water, and have them there until you feel the heat has sunk in, then dry them off, and wrap them in saran wrap. wake up and take them off.
*make sure you ice 20 min on/off a few times before doing this at the end of the day. Take a day or two off from walking too if its really bad.
its the fucking worst. my boots havnt been fitting so well this season and im suffering. Good advise, have your boots pro fit. Theres not a single good reason not to, also spend the extra hundred+ on better liners.
