Oh i sure can charles: its alot different from skiing though: i learned them on skis first, and after i learned them on a tramp, i couldnt really do them on skis anymore. Dont do it

Yeah, I've been drilling it. And I've been trying to pull off a cork-180. The cork 180 is not happening though.

Pretty much my new way of doing a cork 360 on tramp is to start the very beginning of a lincoln loop. Just the very first movevement where you lean to the side.
This will set you a little off axis.

You do not want to try spinning that much at all, if you put effort into the spin you'll spin alot more than a 360.

Once you're a little off axis, with your head look up at the sky at about 45 degrees in the direction that you want to spin. Then just swing your legs around.

The object is to 'disconnect' your upper body from your lower body. Where your upper body just leans a little off axis and you look up at the sky about 45 degrees from where you're at (if you keep your head looking far over your shoulder it'll cause you to spin more). then just swing your legs around like it's doing a normal spin.

I have this really stupid method. Lean back on the bounce so that you will float backwards in the air, and throw a slow misty/forward cork 5. Stall it the right way and you will land at 360. I'll get a video of it up.

i do it by tryn the bigest corkiest 180, then bring it around in the other 180. its a lot like a loopish axis

set a 360 but pretend to sit on a chair by bringing your legs up and ass down, then around 270 to get back on axis and land by pretending to get out of the chair.. and use major gorrila steeze to keep the rotaion slow, its easy ass trick if u do it right

its alot easier to docorks when you travel. When you go off of a tramp its just up and down, so its alot harder, i dont recommend it

they are easy. and cork 180's are possible. and if you wanna do the sickest cork three, in your mind thing really corked 180, then ball it up and you'll come to 3.

i can do them on a tramp. i just try to rotate as slow as possible and i always grab safety, or dub safety. tramping is so fucking fun haha i spend like 3 hours a day jumping up and down up and down up and down, its sweet
