thought i would give a little update of my exploration of finding a shin bang cure. (no such thing except dont ever land back seat.) but i found best thing to do otherwise i found is buy two heavy duty ace bandanges. wrap ice on each shin right after skiing all day .
when sleeping have your legs elevated too. then just wrap the ace bandanges around ur shin while u ski by them selves. this worked really good for me after that and some pain killers..
just though i would share.
