Can any of you guys give me some good tips for improving flexibility in the ankles and hips? i am pretty flexible i can bend over with my legs straight and easily touch the ground, but i dont have much flex in my ankles. My hips arent to to bad but they could get better. and is there any good way top practice grabs inside your house when your just like watching tv or something, you can practice mutes and safteys but are there anyways to practice tails and stuff?
