now that the indoor season is now on I was wondering how else runs/jump/etc.

What are your goals for the season?

I run the 1600 indoor. My goals are to consistently be able to run a 5:32 or under mile

i don't enjoy running, so why the hell do it. and i can't do any of the other shit, plus spring soccer is so much more fun. we don't have to run, we play world cup all day, and just fuck around. plus we get a little better for the fall...

I did track last year, i want to do it this year but im doing drivers ed in stead.  As a 14 year old 8th grader, i could jump 19 feet 3 inches.  Now im shure i could jump way into the 20's easily and im a freshman just about to turn 15.  I won 400m final in 7th grade, got 2nd in discuss.  and last year i won long and high jump.

I plan to work out my legs and hope to demolish our 22 feet 11 inch record by my senior year.

high jump and shotput. i do it just to do a winter sport pretty much, its not my main sport

I ran back in the day...I stress fractured both of my femurs from over work between track and cross and missed alot of time my senior year. It was sooooooooo frustrating.

Came back at the end of the year and had a 2:00 in the 800 and like a 4:40 in the mile. Coulda been better though.

yes but without the track, lax keeps you in great shape, especially if you have a good coach
