Hey- do you work for Rossi?  If so maybe you can help me out.  I got some scratch fs last year.  I skied them maybe 7 times...mainly used my other skis-never did rails with them.  At the beginning of this year I cracked them in half between the toepiece and the tip of the ski.  Its still connected just looks like it rockered and flops around.  I got them proform...can I just send them back to Rossi or do I have to go through a dealer?  Like I said I have barely used these.   Not sure if you can help I have the 800 # I'm going to call just wanted to see what you thought.  Thanks!

Send them back.  Call warranty (435) 252-3300 - ask for warranty/repair and they will instruct you what to do.

yeah dude, i've snapped 2 pairs in the last 4 years. They're real good about warranty, hassle free and fast.  I may switch end of this year though, the edges have fallen out on my last 2 pairs. you can't warrenty that :(
