My mountain fucked up my look p10 bindings

every instructor needs to have his bindings checked to make sure there safe so they can teach and not be able to sue if they get injured. so mine passed the test and ever since both heelpieces have been weird. when i pop in the dildo piece only comes up halfway and i have to pull it up or stomp really hard to get it all the way up. so i wasnt sure if this would affect the release at all, so i went back to the guy that tested it and he tested the forward pressure (the force it takes to release forward) and i took way too much force to release based on my din setting. it was like 320 or something when its supposed to be about 175 to 200.
did he fuck up my bindings? what should i do?

Wait... if you're having your binding checked... surely that allows you to sue? Because if your binding is safe, then what caused your injury was probably mountain-related. Whereas if your bindings aren't checked, the mountain can just blame it on your faulty bindings.
Or maybe I'm just looking at it wrong

are you talking about the forward lean/torque range which was out of whack?

umm did turning the forward pressure up break your bindings? is that actually the question here?

i didnt get hurt. the mtn did a safety check on my bindings and im not sure what that entails because i didnt watch them do it. ever since, both heelpieces have been like i described, and i havent had a time where i shouldve released yet because all ive done the past few days is instruct, but im just bein sure that there safe because im leavin my shitty home hill to go to sunday river tomorrow and dont want to end my season because of unsafe bindings.

Yea I know you didn't get hurt, but I'm just saying that if you did get hurt and your bindings were checked, you could blame them for faulty checking or whatever.

no, what i meant was that they simulated the pressure it takes to release the binding forward and it took too much force to do it. the binding isnt broken, it still holds me in, im just worried that it wont release when it needs ot

if anything they now release faster i would think. also a ten din binding will probably not keep you in long enough to injure you even if you maxed out the din. unless you weigh 100 lbs you should be fine. if your really worried take em to a shop you trust and have them run a "system check" or watever.
