bitchassphatz didn't you used to tell everyone you were like in your 20s? and doesn't what you said just mean that you just entered school? I'm confused
My future's so bright I gotta wear shades.
im not there yet my cousin is and i kick it with him its fuckin tight sit hit the bong all day drink i meen it rocks school work sucks tho :/ but over all its cool
the best part of college for me was moving away from my dead end hole of a hometown and partying way too hard with a bunch of kids i just met from all over the place. anybody who goes to school and still lives at home missed out, and i pity you......but it would have been nice to still live close to the mountains, which i hope you have done
college is the best. sure there is a lot of hard work, but you get to study what you like. i just started flight lessons and scuba lessons at the same time.

i dont really like college life...or maybe it's that i dont like dorm life. either way, it's not as great is it's cracked out to be.

I'm going to comunity college, so i'm still living at home until i transfer next year. It'll be a lot better once i transfer but it's already a fuck of a lot better than high school.

Actualy i'll probaly be getting an appartment this fall, so i wont be living at home for much longer anyway. I wont even have to deal with dorm security and such haha suckers.

It's much better than I ever imagined. Co-ed dorms are money and there is ALWAYS a party. Work does suck but it's better than getting a job(although there are some who would disagree)
college is da shiznit. I feel sorry for the people who dont go after high school. You are exposed to so many beautiful women and you get to take classes that are interesting and you actually get something out of.
Ill agree that the dorms can almost make someone insane, but just stick with it and meet as many girls as you can. Once you get out, you will look back and think 'that was so much fun!'
If i didnt go to college, I would never get to see or talk to any of these hotties. I would prob be a loser who never hung out with anyone, and that would suck.
college rocks. its so awesome. ur really missing out if u live at home..seriously

College is so much better outside of the dorms. I lived in the hell boxes last year, and this year got a house. Million times better. Probably helps that my roommate isn't a cocky ass fuck of a snowboarder like last year.
Co-ed dorms are the shit, I love college...drinking every night, I'm taking classes I like, and the girls...ohhh the girls...

Most the girls here are Abercrombie girls, totally obsessed with nothing but themselves, so it's not even worth it. At least there are a few skier chicks.

I lived in rez for 2 years of highschool and 1 year of university. Residence is really good for meeting people because you are rarely off campus. This year, I have an appartment with one roomate and it's awesome. I am a transfer student so I don't know a lot of people in school yet, but I have met a couple girls and mainly hang out with some friends from my highschool. It's so much fun, there is a lot of work though.

I just wanted to bring this thread back.
How has college been since yall posted? All i can think is about skiing. Im thinking about taking the second semester off. I have never taken a break from school since i got out of HS. It would be sweet to have all day to ski and work at a mountain, instead of wasting time being in school. I would prob progress much faster. What do you guys think? Do you take the 2nd semester off to ski?
hey concept, at our school we are on the quarter system and i thought about taking courses in the summer and taken winter off to do what you said. you could work at a resort and do that whole thing. it would be good for you if they had the samething and you didnt mind giving up your summer for sking but im sure there are lots of kids on this site who would. just an idea.
and yea college is the best time you will ever have in your life. get away from home if you can. and like somone said before, 'the girls...oh the girls'
Not being able to speak is not the same as not speaking. You seem as if you like to talk. I like to let people talk who like to talk. It makes it easier to find out how full of shit they are.
man, college is great. i have classes from ten til noon every day, and that will set me up nicely for skiing all night in the winter (shitty wisconsin hills have night skiing). im prolly gonna be an instructor for the free pass. its good shit man. and what is wrong wit dorm life? i agree completely with mr. downey. always people, always a party somewhere, you just have to get to know the ra's (or whatever you call the live in babysitters the university gives you) so they leave you alone. the work is hard, yes, but in the grand scheme of things, i will take it as a trade off for the great times i have. and it may or may not help me in the real world, i wouldnt know, but for right now in my life, it is the best place i can think of being.
