wtf? EMPIRE is a snowboard/skateboard shop in montreal. Its even spelled in capitals. I dont think he can trademark the name( if he hasnt already)

and thats pretty dope, i got this from his sister store and they are selling a bunch of his used shit, and they have like a gay nike or adidas pullover windbreaker he "wore" for $10, but then they have some sick stuff too

all you need to do to trademark something is put TM next to it now if you want the get a registered trademark the circle with an R in it that costs some money,
