what do u do when you know ur going to eat it hard overshooting on a huge table? i usually swear a lot ('FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!') and then straighten my legs and try to absorb the impact as best i can. when i hit i absorb, then crumple and slide, still swearing ('AHH FUCKIN SHIT! MOTHA FUCKAH!!!').

Ive found that turning sideways, like landing ninety degrees, and hip checking on landing keeps your shins from snapping like dry twigs. Other than that, if the jump is big enough, yell profanities, and then hit hard.

I usually have the token fuck or shit thrown in, and the infamous windows are typically getting rolled, then I just try to relax knowing what coming, and collapse the landing (kinda hip checking the landing). Usually there a damnit thrown in before I get up.

the only time i sworte while i was in the air is when i was overshooting the big table at dave murray camp and i saw a focking snowbaorder lying right were i tough i was going to land....

i started to do the worm dance trying to land somewhere else yelling FUCK as hard as i could... somehow i landed too far and crashed big time but the snowboarder moved his ass before so it's an happy story

Yea man i overshot okemos tables with the huge launch and pop but no landing its like complete step down. Once time i overshot like 20ft and fractured my heel from the impact hehe

onet time i was hittn the coc table and the coc cochs wer havn n interview right on the big table. n they wood just hv the interview as ppl jumped ovr them, anyway i go to hit the jump and as im in the middle of my trik im like bich shyt vcok mu fuka, i didnt no they wer interviewing. then as i was hiking up they wer like u cood of been on tv, and i was liek oh srry yo. they had to like re do the zshyt/ thats no biggy/

I ususally swear a bunch, then I lean back and try to land on my tails first then roll my weight up to my feet then towards the tips, kinda like a rocking chair. If you are good with your tails, it works well, I can do it fine even with the super-soft tails of the blue 1260s. D-lite, good story, but you need spelling lessons

ive never cleared a table cuz i usually go slower instead of faster but one time someone said my name and i wasnt paying attention and i ended up going off the side of the jump and landing on the nornmal trail, i just closedmy eyes and thought 'fuck', all thought if i fuck up some how on a shark fin or a booter, i bite my tounge really hard. i mean to the point of bleeding.

Me and my friend probably get the record for the most swear words possible if we know we're about to fall. But, turning so that you land sideways is a pretty good idea. I was about to drop into the Super Duper Pipe, the 22-foot one, and I didn't use my edges and I wasn't thinking, so I just flew over the whole wall and landed smack on the flatbottom. When I was in the air, I was silent, but I was so freaked cause I know so many people who have broken their legs by just jumping into pipes and stuff.

the ones that are not happening from the take off arent half as bad as the ones when you think you are ok. like spining around and seeing the landing flyby and flattening. or a random edge catch on a rail, i hate those ones the most. but that few secoinds(probably only 1) that you have to think about the pain about to be inflicted on your body are so bad. the word fuck often springs to mind.

i was in a comp once, it was like a big air into a big mountain kinda thing.
My judges gave me a can of coke for loudest FUCK they've ever heard.. i saw that i was going to land just on the bomb hole edge so i was like oh FUCK!!and they said it echoed around the Cardrona Valley about 6 times! i was happy ..
