PE's should be good. They are pretty wide so you could glide through the trees. I don't ride them but hear nothing but great stuff about them.

Yep, they're great for all over the mountain. Definately the most versatile ski I've ever been on.

MadTrix are good but they've got a major delam porblems, a girl that i ski with has only skied on them 6 weeks and you can already see the wood core!
